Care Instructions:
Inspect the Garment for Stains. Most stains can be removed from faux leather with just a microfiber cloth dampened with warm water. Air-Dry Faux Leather.
Our lifetime warranty covers the material and craftsmanship of leather items from the original date of buying for the item's lifespan. This includes buckles, snaps, stitching, etc., on leather chaps, pants, vests, jackets, and gloves.
We will replace the product if, after the examination, the garment is considered to be not in accordance with our standards. The guarantee is limited to the parts’ repair and the required labor and services to repair the product.
If the product after the examination is considered non-repairable, we will replace the good. Or, if the good is unavailable or discontinued, a product of equal worth at BLNY discretion will be given.
Leather will last longer if you properly take care of it. If you don’t take care of your leather garment’s hide, it can break down and fail. If you have gotten patches on your item, you can’t ship it back for an exchange or refund.
Our warranty does not cover the lining or hardware fastened to the liner. Best Leather NY does not offer a lifetime warranty for any reflective piping. Our warranty does not back any products that have been abused (knife fights, crashes, failure to maintain the product appropriately).
We provide returns only for the USA. International returns are unavailable. We offer return labels in case of impairment, warranty, or incorrect product exchanges.
For regular returns and exchanges, you are responsible for sending the goods to us at your expense, and we will pay the shipping fee when sending them back to you. You can process the return or exchange online within 30 days of receiving the product.
We don’t offer any refunds or returns on tailor-made orders. It is because of the reason that the customers provide us with their particular body measurements during the size confirmation procedure, and products created according to these specific sizes are not regular sized.
The return and exchange policy applies to damaged items, unopened and unused items in their real packaging, and tags affixed with your receipt’s copy. You will get a RA# and return address.
We request you take proper care of bought products while they are in your ownership. It means that: you may examine and try on the products (as you would in a physical store), but tags must not be eliminated from any good, and the original packaging must not be impaired. Products must not be torn, impaired, or dirty.
Please do not post stamps or stickers, write on them, or alter the original packaging. Please return the product in the condition as you will want it to be received.
